We partner with Quest Diagnostics for lab services, ensuring reliable results. Quest bills insurance directly for lab work, so you only pay for the visit and any additional tests or treatments provided.
how to schedule a house call
Scheduling your house call is easy!
- Call or Text Us: Reach out to our office at 919-679-1880 to book your appointment. House calls cannot be scheduled online.
- Pay the Deposit: Upon scheduling a house call we will collect a $200 deposit. There are also travel fees (see below).
- Insurance Billing: If your insurance reimburses us for the cost of the visit, we will return the deposit to you. If your insurance does not cover house calls, the $200 deposit will be applied to your bill. We recommend that you call your insurance provider ahead of time to confirm that they will pay for house calls or assume that you will need to pay for the visit in whole.

Travel fees are based on your location. These fees include the round-trip price.

Please note, house calls to draw labs are not covered by insurance unless you are immobile or cannot leave your home. Our self-pay fee for labs is $75 for the house call, $25 to draw the labs. If you live more than 5 miles away from our practice, our commute fee for labs is $25 for 6-30 miles and $50 for 31-60 miles.
